My latest release is “The Lifeguard,” a clean (no sex) interracial romance novelette, and the third story in the speculative Bite-Sized Romance series. I wrote this one while working through the other books I promised! Those other ones should hopefully be done soon (I won’t throw out anymore tentative release dates).
Synopsis: Regina Hartley has had enough. The demands of life have taken a toll on her, and no longer feeling equipped to endure the strain, she decides to end it all in watery surrender.
But instead of drowning to death, she finds herself being revived on shore by a concerned, handsome stranger, and after saving her, the stranger refuses to leave her alone.
She realizes she doesn’t mind his attention so much, and she finds herself more interested in what else life has to offer overall. But after saving her spirit, will the handsome stranger eventually disappear?
NOW AVAILABLE IN PRINT (and in its third/anniversary edition):
Kimberly Jordan never meant to hurt anyone.
But once a DNA test reveals her longtime boyfriend, Damien, is her half-brother, plus she finds out she’s pregnant, she will go to any length to hide her horrible secret.
Unfortunately for Kent Davenport, he’s the perfect fall guy for her plan having recently revealed his love for her. But unfortunately for Kimberly, dirty little secrets always come out.
**NB: The ebook is on sale for 99c throughout the month of April!**
Originally published 3/29/13, A Tangled Web is my fiction debut and the first in the Dangerous Secrets series–a series of unrelated interracial stories highlighting terrible secrets.
The second edition was published 5/30/13, with minor changes and additions, and it is now in its third (Anniversary) edition, published 4/6/14.
The anniversary edition has been significantly modified from the earlier editions.
Sections have been added, cut, and moved from one chapter to another, amongst other changes and revisions (such as the addition of chapter titles and an epilogue).
It was originally scheduled to be released 3/29/14, but was delayed a week due to formatting issues.
If you bought an earlier edition from B&N or ARe, the latest edition should be accessible (soon for Amazon).
